I visited Tailgaters Friday with a group from Cajun RV Park. I ordered the Ham n Cheese Po Boy with hand sliced fries. It was very good. Our was probably 20-25 men and they were able to take care of us in a decent amount of time. The atmosphere, food, and service was great! I did not hear one complaint from anyone.

I know that Tailgaters has revamped there wait staff and cooks. Everything was great good service great food had a all out good time

If you're willing to wait a VERY long time for food that is not very good. This is your place! The wait staff was more interested in hanging out together than picking up food and providing service to customers. Our food order was ready and sat at the pick up station for 20 minutes because the waitresses were talking and checking their phones and we could not even get their attention. Don't waste your time or money.

If I could vote zero stars this place earned it.from the time you walk in you have a guy staring you down we later learn that it was the owner to our waitress that was busy on her phone to the food that was awful and cold I ordered a couple of pizzas came to the tables cold I won't spend money here again

Service was bad,bartender on phone.bar was sticky.brought me the wrong drink.ordered food ate a couple of bites tasted wonderful and it looked great walked to restroom and came to sit back down but was afraid to finish eating it after I seen the roaches on bar and on wall by bathroom.i spoke and told bartender about the problem and she said they had a small problem with the roaches and they would get someone to spray for them. I will not be coming back and spending my money here or recommended this place

Terrible service. Waitress took my order and got it wrong. I sent it back but the cook did not redo it in time for me to eat. Waitress didn't fill our glasses and we could not get her attention. This was not the first time in this crummy place. It is the last time. Very overpriced. Go down the street to Fayard's for good food and prompt service.

I just placed an order with Tailgaters not even an hour ago. I was very specific on the order to go. When I picked up the order and brought it back to the office, I was missing one order of wings, no ketchup or mustard on either tailgater burger after specified, and the regular fries were cold, while the sweet potato fries were warm. I can assure you that I will not be doing business with this location again.
