La casona is the best resturant ever.
All of you are complaining that it takes to long is because 1)you have a big party think for a change.
2)thats real food your eating no generic stuff they go buy the food in the moring locally and cook this aint mcdonalds.
You all are stuck up snobs.

i went there with 8 friends we couldn't even have a good time because the waitstaff didn't see our table till 40 Min's after we were seated then the orders came out cold and wrong we complained to Marcello and we couldn't be accommodated with a free drink we will never go there again

well, i was part of the waitstaff at this restaurant and beleive me when i say most large partys are a hassel.its not easy working the kitchen and having to listen to guest complain.the server does not cook we just bring the food out.the drinks are made by bartenders not FOOD SERVERS if its too strong or weak we dont know we just bring it out.its not 1 table we have to wait on its multiple tables and lots of food and drinks.some of us really try our hardest, ilove doing this job i meet great people.as far as customer service well,sometimes we get those customers that make us cry walk out give you a hard time on purpose,and thats completely wrong.

Ordered the Calamari and the rice for lunch it was amazing very good deal 3 people ate and there was food left over the food was great....you gotta try this place.....

I had the worst experience at this resturant. I was with a party of 10 and it took and hour to get our first round of drinks, an additional hour to get hour appetizers and then another hour to receive our main course. Not to mention that every time something came out it came out wrong. After we where there for 4 hours, the owner accused one memeber of our party of not paying there bill. They bill had been paid the service just took so long that the person from our party paid her bill at the bar.
I would never recomend this place. This was the worst customer service ever.

Worst resturant I have ever been to. I made reservations a week ago for a large party for a birthday. My party waited at least 20 minutes before being seated. We waiting 20 minutes for drinks and over 2 hours for food. We were given excuses by the owner that it was the day before Mothers day and they were a little behind. AND? If I made reservations a week ago, my party should have received quicker service than those who made reservations at the last minute. On top of that our orders kept getting mixed up and ppl weren't getting what they ordered. The only thing that the manager did was take off the empanadas off our bill and give us a pitcher of mojitos. Too me that wasn't enough and wasn't acceptable. We were there for a birthday and it should have been a great dinner but it wasn't. On top of that we were harrassed on our way out about a person from our party not paying their bill. The manager proceeded to say he was calling the cops and then wrote down our license plate numbers. He was then notified by someone else that the bill was paid. Do you think he apologized to us? NO! Don't ever go to this restaurant. Worst service I have even had and made the whole birthday horrible!!

Absolutely wonderful!! The Empanadas are to die for, and the dining experience is great. The after hours as well as Happy hours are great as well, good drinks with good specials and amazing music! =)
