User Reviews for Max Bibo's On Trumbull St posted on 12/05/2008 Rating & Review: Bibo's is an excellent deli in downtown Hartford. The food is tasty and freshly prepared, and the service is great. The only sticking point can be the hours of service; the deli is typically closed after 3 on weekdays, but it's usually open on weekends if there are special events at the Civic Center.
