4 hungry Aussies rocked up to this little restaurant in what seemed like the middle of nowhere. 3 had a decent breakfast - eggs, bacon, potatoes etc. 1 had the pancakes. All was fantastic, good size portions and very reasonably priced. We left a tip and the lovely waitress gave it back and wanted nothing in return. A warm. welcoming experience and hopefully we'll go back again one day :-)

Omg! Delicious food for sure. If you ever head to volcano (which you will) from Kona side, YOU have to go to HANA HOU'S.........enjoy

Yes this one gets 10's all the way. I heard about it in Hawaii Revealed and they were right . Hana Nou is a must. Food is outstanding and really homemade,even the burger buns Pies are to die for.This is a unique cafe,you don't find them like this anymore.Its popular and you may have to wait a while all the food is cooked to order but its worth it.Do yourself a fovor and eat at the Hana Hou.If you are going from Kona to the Volcano just turn toward the ocean at the main and only intersection Naalehu Hawaii.ENJOY
