Awesome place... wish we'd found it first when we arrived in New York. On the last day we ate there and it was the best panini ever!!

in a rush...my Mom and sister, popped into Bagel Stix...the surprise of our day! the best panini ever...chicken with peppers! The coffee is amazing...we even asked if we could buy some grinds to take back to Canada with us...the manager obliged...great place...good value and nice staff!

Looks good from the outside, but bad food and bad prices. I ordered a panini for lunch, which was almost $9; for that price, I thought it would be good--WRONG. WORST LUNCH I EVER HAD. The food was not cooked properly and it was soggy on the inside.

They never get the order right because nobody in the place understands English and I don't speak spanish. The prices stink but the bagels are top notch, just not for $3.

I've stopped going there.

What a rip-off, it cost $3.50 for one bagel with cream cheese. I asked the cashier 3 times if that was correct, it is an obscene price. Living in NY I'm used to overpriced food, but this was the worst and even shocked me. Not like it was an oversized, overstuffed bagel. I will never return there.

I've come back to this place several times because it's close to my apartment and because their bagels and veggie cream cheese are really good.
However, the service is horrible and disorganized. They get my order wrong practically every time -- which, again, is usually just some variety of bagel and cream cheese.
They're also ridiculously expensive, so I won't be going back.

Great Salads when they actually have everything you want in them.
