I was disappointed with the steaks. Both my husband and I ordered our steaks medium and they came back completely charred and the inside was definately over cooked. My guess is that the meat was still frozen when cooked and did not allow the meat to reach room temperature before preparing. My expectations were high considering they charge so much money. Our appetizers and service was very good. Steer clear of this place if your looking for a good steak.

I am having my Holiday party there, the place is adorable and the new owner is Great, he was very accomadating, I wish him all the luck in the world he has a fine resturant ... Best of luck.

The place has pretty good steaks and a decent wine list, however a new owner took over recenlty and his attitude will probably shut down the business. His has the personality of an old, burned out alcoholic that thinks he is too "GOOD" for everybody.
Hospitality is the key to a succesful restaurant business, which he doesn't have. Perhaps, he should look into attending charm school in the future.

The steaks and food here are pretty good. I still prefer Ruth Chris in the city but for JC it is top notch.
