I've been going here for ten years and they have yet to disappoint me. They know my order by memory and always greet me nicely. They speak enough English to understand your order and help you out. The woman are usually sweet and they're all young and pretty. The food is the best Spanish food I've ever had and the prices are the best. They give you lots of good quality food for cheap.

The food is GREAT and I understand the staff and they understand me!! Guys if you love Spanish food at least learn how to order what you like in Spanish.

Staff is sweet (esp young women) if you are nice first. I live in the neighborhood, understand cultural differences, and know that not everyone plays by the same book (fluent English, not really set up for delivery, slow as in the Carib, not a NYC minute). Food is still awesome and I am willing to overlook the petty stuff that seems to annoy city folk way to easily. Believe me, they have a long and loyal customer base and are not concerned with the "proper" American biz protocol that may lose some newbies.

The food is really good here but I hate the staff! The service is too slow and they take care of they don't know how to accommodate customers. They don't understand English so if you don't speak Spanish, you are screwed! they would give you a dirty look that says never come back there! it's a love and hate relationship for me. love the food but I hate the staff!

Tried to call an order in for delivery. Man answers phone. I tell him I want an order for delivery. He passes phone to woman. I tell her I want an order for delivery. She asks for address. I tell her my address: 8 times. She passes phone back to man. He asks for address. I tell him 3 times. No entiendo. He passes phone back to woman. I tell her my address 2 more times. No understand. I hang up phone utterly frustrated and baffled. Congratulations my Spanish speaking friends. You lost a customer because no one can understand an effing word of clear English. Kill me.

Great food, but how do you order it when the phone number goes straight to voicemail???? That's great for business!

Food's really good, but the available menu is outdates. Beware, the lunch specials have gone up and so have beef prices. I called back to see if something can be established (store credit or something) but nothing to rectify the mistake.

Three meals for 15 bucks? try 22.50
