I wish to tell you of my gratitude that you have a cafe located so conveniently to my home. I now use your cafe as my kitchen-I have breakfast, lunch and dinner there as many as twelve trips per week. <br />
I wish to tell you of my appreciation of the excellent services that you give to me in my kitchen--in the person of Victor at uptown/galleria. I can rely on his being there for me (knowing my likes and dislikes) to present exactly what i want. I watch his many and varied tasks that he has to do through-out the evening while keeping the quality level that I expect of my kitchen. <br />
I am constantly impressed with his demeanor even when the worst boor is confronting him or when the worst conditions are pressed upon him.<br />
Now, I beseech you that you please keep this good fellow in good light. <br />
