My family and I decided to give this place a try Friday 1/21/21. Food was great but services lacked a lot. She didn’t wear her mask properly and we sit without refills for awhile till I asked when I found her sitting at the bar in the back saying she was sorry that she was fighting over text with her bf. She come to the table grabs our glasses that we drank out of and put the back under the fountain. What if we had Covid and we didn’t know it? Or someone else you done that with has it now my family has it. Anyways we pay 88.13 and I still tip the little girl 15$ bc I know some people just have bad days. Total being 103.13. Not thinking much on it I check my bank account Saturday 1/30/21 and all is well. Sunday 1/31/21 check my bank account the moment I wake up as I always do to see two additional charges for 103.13 that was completed by the Huntington Ale House. So I look up the number to call. I guess they are closed on Sunday so I go to Facebook I pull up the page and I wrote to them. They ready it 15 mins later I message again. The ready it and again no reply. By this time I’m pretty frustrated so I now tell them I’m gonna write a review on Facebook. They answer asking me for a phone number so they can have the owner call me. So I give them my number to which 20 mins later he calls. He starts the convo out “Idk what is going on but it’s not my fault it’s your banks and hangs up on me”. So I call back he is cussing and yell so I get very pissed so I cuss and yell. I know I’m wrong for lashing back. He hangs up again. I text him and again and again and again. Monday morning 2/1/21 I call my bank. They say no nothing on our part it’s on this company. No others is doing it. So then I call the store and talk to who said she was the GM Miranda. She then tells me someone is looking at it and I’ll just have to wait. I said madam I need an answer or you need to be nicer. She hangs up. I call back and she picks up and says hello. I say is this the Ale House she says nope wrong number. Finally call back to get a woman who is the owners mother named Angela. She tells my wife I was in the wrong that I had no reason to be upset. My wife tells her that the money pays our bills and feeds our kids so that’s why we are mad. She said well I can’t give you money and short myself without proof. I have shown proof it was charged. To the owner and the fb admin. So we tell her that and she hangs up. My father in law calls and speaks to another manager this one is nice and tells him the check will be cut tomorrow for the 2 extra charges for me to call back Tuesday 2/2/21. So I call and speak to the mother of the owner again. She then tells me they haven’t figured it out yet and I’ll have to wait. Do what? No that’s not what we was told. She hangs up. I call back to get machine. So I start to leave a message. This woman picks up and says sir I’m a Christian and I do no wrong. I said madam I don’t care what you are. You are in the wrong. She hangs up. I call back machine again. I start to leave a message. She picks up I say madam I’m going to press charges on your son for theft. So expect a officer to be down. She said no I have you check ready. I go down they have the front door locked up. The owner comes out the other door and says can I help you. Tell him and he hands me the check doesn’t say sorry nothing. I deposited the check and went to work. When I get home my wife has been talking to another lady that also said her account was charged more than once and tells me wife I need to watch because it charged her again on 2/2/21 for her bill again. So I check 2/2/21 another charge for 103.13 so I scroll down to see all the other 3 still on there. Sonic don’t know what this is. He claims it was a computer glitch but if that was true why is it charging people again. Can’t say you don’t know this time. At this point it is literally him just stealing the money. I’ve texted this guy and left him vms all night over it. Begging for him to please stop stealing off my family. I have 3 kids to support and I work hard to make sure they don’t do without. This guy needs to be investigated or his workers do bc I do believe this is not a glitch it is purposely being done. If it was a glitch the 4th charge wouldn’t have happened. I’ll

Really delicious food and I’ve never noticed them ignoring any one waiting to be seated . This is a very friendly restaurant and worth the wait!

My husband and I decided to try this restaurant for the first time tonight. I'm so glad we did!! We didn't have to wait long for our food. The employees was nice from the moment we walked in till the time we left. Could not ask for better people. If it is busy when you go, it's so worth the wait. The burgers was the best I have had in a long time. Appetizers are enough to make a meal by itself. I would give more than five stars just because this was the best place for good food and drinks too. By far the best restaurant Huntington has to offer. Date night soon with friends so this is where we're going for sure.

The best burgers in town!! Appetizers are awesome. Loved the Wings. Very nice atmosphere. Waiter and bartender went above our expectations. They make it their goal to make sure you are satisfied. So much food we have leftovers for work tomorrow. Everything is made fresh which made it taste even better. Most definitely this is our new favorite place. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We went there over the weekend.The owner came out and greeted us during our dinner and checked to make sure everything was ok. The food was very good, we had the salmon mac and cheese and the po boy both very good choices. They also have a nice beer selection. The Ale house is a hidden gem. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I always are up for new dining experiences. So we wanted to try this restaurant. We went in, not knowing if we are to seat ourselves or to wait to be seated so we waited. We noticed it must be pretty good food because it was a packed house. It has been at least a few minutes and no one has said anything to us and right then someone came in behind us, a lady right then came from behind the bar spoke to this lady and walked right by us and never ONCE looked at us. My husband grabbed my hand and said LETS GO they will not get my money we will take our business else where. So we left.
Oh by the way we were African American!
