we ordered food from their and they was fast but the food was awfull and the service well the owner was just bad i would not recomend anyone to eat here.the lady that owns the place wanted me to pay for plastic silerware and order it with my food.very nasty attitudes. i admt i was alittle rude but after waiting on the food i had to wait and let my food get cold till they broought me some silverware to eat with and then she gave me some steak sauce and sour cream and then got mad a took it back... they need to shut the place down,,,,

Just finished a Great Ribeye, Fries, Salad, and Roll from these guys. The delivery was prompt, and the food was excellent! I couldn't believe it only cost me $10! Can't beat this kind of meal for that!

We decided to have Steak Express for our Christmas dinner since we were all too tired to prepare a meal. I went in early, placed our family's order, paid for the meal and asked them to deliver at 6:00. They were there on time as promised, and the food was outstanding! Thank you so much for making our Christmas dinner a wonderful experience. We are so lucky to have you in the Hazel Green area!!!

We have ordered from Steak Express a few times. Usually it's ok. Once I received the wrong dinner and they said they would give me a credit, that was fine, but this time we not only received overcooked inedible chicken but also luke warm steak and potato, when I called to let them know about the chicken, the man that answered the phone was rude and quite short with me. I told him it was way over cooked and inedible and he said "yeah" and then dead silence. I then asked what they were willing to do to correct the situation and then he asked rudely "what do you want us to do". I asked to talk to the owner and he said he wasn't there. I asked for them to send another chicken dinner to us and he said ok and immediately hung up the phone. No goodbye, no apology. We won't be ordering from them ever again.
