User Reviews for Doc's Pizza Donna posted on 01/03/2011 Rating & Review: We had a combination pizza and a sausage and cheese pizza. You order and pick up your food at a window inside. The place was about half full and our food came quickly. The kids entertained themselves playing games until they got their pizza. The resaurant is locally owned and is own an historic square in the downtown. It is all very clean and safe and I reccommend it if you are in Rupert. Far better than chain outlet food.
