I frequent this jitterz and was disappointed with the attitude of one of the batistas this am. She has been there awhile, has bragged about being able to remember drinks because of being a bartender. Today we ordered 4 drinks, 2 hot simple, 2 iced.....3 times she came back asking about the order and had an attitude when I questioned the total-
We will be back because Ayla, Jessica definitely make it worth the wait 😃

They use the Joe mobile ordering app which is very cool. The problem is that the morons at this coffee shop will only allow pickup at the drive up window. This means when you put in you mobile order they fix your drink then you have to wait for 4 or 5 cars to get up to the drive up window and receive your now COLD drink What is the point of the mobile app??? So I can pay a higher price to wait in the same line and get a cold drink?? THEY ARE MORONS.

They have great coffee and the staff are nice, but they are SO slow. I have to calculate an additional 20-30 minutes if I want to stop in the morning on the way to work. Sadly, other places get more of my business because of this.

It's a long story, but this place lost a gift card my mom bought at the NW blvd location and is now refusing to even look into it and refund her. They gave her the run around and told her to directly message the owner so she did and the owner ignored her message. I messaged them too and they wont even look at it. Yeah they have good coffee, but why would you want to support someone who won't even try to fix their mistake? It blows my mind how poor the owners customer service and how little care she has for her paying customers.
