As a former employee of the establishment I strongly recommend you don't order their food. It's severly overpriced, and they have raised their prices at least twice in the 3 month that I worked there, and have yet to update their prices online. Stacy the manager completely disregards health code whenever it convenient for her.
When I was first starting, she was telling everybody that we need to make sure to get the place in good shape for the health inspection. I don't know about you, but I would expect a food establishment to be able to pass a health inspection any day of the week.
There was one day where I had texted her and told her that I had been in and out of the bathroom all day and I wouldn't be able to come into work. After reaching out to several other employees for a cover, The response I had gotten from her was, she was not able to cover the shift, and to ask The closer to switch shifts with me because maybe I'll feel better in the afternoon. When I told her I wouldnt be able to do that, I was told to get some Pepto on the way to work and hopefully I'll feel better.
The oven mitts that are used are rarely washed. They typically have week old, dried marinara and nacho cheese, and continue to be used.
The glasses and dishes are rarely, if ever washed, just put through a sanitizer that generally has food in it. And the plates and silverware are stored right next to the beer taps, so they get regularly splattered with beer.
If you do choose to eat the food, know that is is low quality and most of it comes frozen. The only thing things that are freshly prepped are the Onions, Tomatoes, and Bell peppers. And even then they are not rotated regularly so I would say that fresh is a bit of a stretch. If Pete or Monica are the openers, this a higher chance you'll get fresher food. But most the time, it is a game of food borne illness roulette
I would say the only good things in the establishment are Pete, Monica, Kim, and the Beer (which is still overpriced). They do have 48 different taps, which to my knowledge were only cleaned one time while I was employed there. But there is probably a beer you will like.
Pete is an awesome, outgoing guy, super easy to talk to and Is pretty knowledgeable. Monica is a bright, bubbly personality, who is also very knowledgeable. Kim has been there the longest so she's efficient, outgoing and one of the best employees there.
Overall, most of the employees are great, but the standard of quality is not there. There are several concerns when it comes to the food, and food preparation. You can never guarantee your getting a clean glass, plate, or silverware. And you'll walk out of there feeling like you were just robbed. But at least it's all served with a smile!
