I have been going to Harry's at 320 Queen St. for 3 years and today was my last time. While I was waiting for my breakfast sandwich, the lady preparing my sandwich knocked over a bag with two bagels in it (not mine), the bagels fell out of the bag and landed on the floor at her feet. She then proceeded to pick up the bagels and the bag off the floor, put them on the counter where she was preparing my food, finished making my sandwich (where she didn't wash her hands after touching the stuff that fell on the floor) and handed me my sandwich. As I was gathering my things, I saw the lady put the bagels back in the bag and placed them with the rest of the bagels for order. This is digusting to me!!
