We used to love this place. Stopped ordering there 2 years ago because they were too inconsitent. Our pizza would either be uncooked or overcooked. Recently we went back, the 1st 3 pizza'a over a 2 week period were delicious. thought it was a good sign. last week, After an hour we got a call the pizza was burnt, do we still want it. Umm, no.. They said they'd remake it and sent us a cold undercooked pizza. I tried to recook it and the dough was soggy. It was terrible. Its a real shame because they have great pizza its just a crap shoot if they remembered how to make pizza that evening or not.. tried reaching an owner to let him know what is happening at South Elgin locaation, either the owner could care less or my messages ar not getting passed on. its a real shame.

I really enjoy this place every time I go. The staff is friendly which I see is sometimes hard to find in these parts. The pizza is fantastic and they never skimp out on the toppings. The manager said the sauces are all made to order, and you can see that because it is an open kitchen. While it makes the taste fresh when made to order, it can vary from time to time if there are different cooks cooking. However, I have never had a bad experience. Their delivery time is standard and the times quoted are based on if they are busy or not. Oh yes, and by the way, try their homemade Italian ice, apparently they make it at one of their other locations, it is always good and refreshing and never tastes like a cardboard box.
