When I lived in sycamore I always thought Sam’s was great and the best in the area, albeit that they were always slow. This was over a decade ago. As I am writing this in 2022 it is so much worse. You can tell they have gotten cheap or lazy with the indgedients. Crap cheese, sauce straight from a can. Everything was flavorless. I placed an order of two 2 topping pizzas and ten wings. Wasn’t told an eta or how much it cost. An hour went by and my card was charged 69 dollars.two medium pizzas and a small order of wings for 70 bucks plus tip…. I thought this better be great. Half hour later(this is 90 minutes from my order) and I get my cold crappy food.

C’mon man, what are we even doing out here man! How the mighty have fallen. World famous, Pizza Villa, and even Pizza Pros are significantly better. I’d even put Vinny’s, or Giordanos above it at this point.

Crappier product with crappier indgredients at almost twice the price. I’ll never go there again, and bury this place to anyone that asks.

Trash.

Sam's pizza is the BEST PIZZA in Dekalb County!! Located in sycamore on East State Street!! There is NO OTHER OPTION!! BECAUSE this is the best you will find!! I like my my pizza more well done. just ask!! They WILL ALWAYS cook it the way you want it!! I give them 10 STARS!!... NOT 5. THANK YOU SAM'S PIZZA!

Sam's is the best pizza around. We are in DeKalb but trek to Sam's to pick up our orders. I've never had anything not perfect. We do tend to add 10 minutes to the time they say it will be. Just a sign of how busy they are because they're so good!

They can't figure out how to write down the customer's order and provide the agreed upon product. I guess they just don't know how to operate a business properly. What are you going to get when you open up the box? Who the hell knows.

Yes, they have the best pizza in the DeKalb-Sycamore area...but they screwed my order up over and over and over again (check with the other 1-star reviews). They don't even have the good sense to put in some basic effort for the sake of retaining their repeat customers.

Their best competitor (as far as I know) is World Famous Pizza (located in the back of Lord Stanley's). The World Famous product is nearly as good (the crust is great), and the kids who work there will never screw up your order (because they would get fired). Other options include Italian Dreams in Sycamore and Vinny's on Lincoln Highway in DeKalb.

Sam's lazy sons don't give a sh-t about getting your order right--they just don't care about turning $1 into $1.05. So by all means, do yourself a favor and take your hard-earned money elsewhere.

Ordered 2 pizza's said would be an hour. After hour thirty minutes called to find out where my pizza's were. They told me it would be 15 more minutes. It doesn't take an hour forty five minutes to make 2 thin crust pizzas.

Told me an hour for delivery it's been an hour and forty mins.
I called and it was still in the oven. 2 hours for a cheese pizza are u kidding me. Never again
