D.Johnson, you're an idiot. You probably asked for only a milkshake. Read the menu next time and follow the rules like everybody else, it's $10 minimum for an order and if you can't do that, get off your lazy ass and drive the 5-10 mins for your milkshake. Places across town aren't that far.
This place has excellent service! My only complaint is that they need to throw out more coupons and/or deals more.

Management Stinks! I have been ordering there for several years now and I have never had a problem with them. Until, two days ago, Feb 15Th 2011. I placed an order and I did not reach the minimum for delivery. The girl on the phone said that she would check with her manager and that it might be okay. The managers reply was, "I have four other orders and I'm not taking a damn milkshake to them." Oops! May be she should have put the phone on mute first. By the way, I would have gladly increased my order amount.
