Service times run slow through pick up window. Too many times received food that should have been tossed out. Dried out chicken that sat in the drawer too long, chili meat for burgers, potatoes that so dried out that it's hard to eat , fries are cold even after waiting and over salted. I know what I speak of being a former employee of Wendy's.
