At my work, our afternoon "get away" is to call common grounds for delivery. They are very reasonably priced and very quick to deliver. Great Coffees and Frozen Smoothies. I highly recommend them!

It's hard to pull me away from Starbucks as I am a hard-core Starbucks advocate - but Commongrounds does just that. With excellent delivery service - served hot - ordering coffee from them is a yummie joy.

Great coffee and service. I started going to this coffee house because the owner donated free coffees( coffee of choice) to all the teachers at the school I teach at for teacher appreciation week.

I am very pleased with this establishment. I have always found them to be courteous and helpful. I drop in once a week on Mondays and have found all the staff, including the manager, most friendly and accommodating. The pastries are of high quality, the coffee is on a par with any other in town, and the Wifi is most handy. Under the current conditions, I would recommend this establishment to anyone.

I love this place! The employees are very friendly.. even the manager. I have never seen him be anything but kind and courteous to patrons. The coffee is almost always great, and when it isn't the employees have always been happy to make me a new one. It's less expensive than Starbuck's and better tasting, too. I recommend Common Grounds to everyone I know!

I've enjoyed going to Common Grounds for the past 3 years. It was the only place in Carbondale, besides Starbucks, that was able to make me a Vanilla Steamer that didn't taste like coffee. The employees have all been super nice to me. With how often I go in and order they even know what I want when I get there :)

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! "Manager" (and I use that term loosly) Jason is the worst!!! No customer service AT ALL. To sum it all up; the manager is a HUGE JERK, service is terrible. Get your coffee elsewhere.

The manager at Common Grounds is terrible. I do not suggest anyone go to the Commond Grounds. Plenty other places to get your coffee. AVOID THE COMMON GROUNDS!!!
