This review is for the TREMONT Elis: If you have all day to wait on coffee that is nothing special this is the place for you. It’s a meeting place and appears convenient with the drive-thru and online ordering. However, we’ve been very disappointed with their consistent poor customer service and that they are consistently incredibly slow. When you go into the store, they ignore the customers in front of them to continue filling online and drive-thru orders. This happened many times. They don’t even look up to acknowledge you. So I tried ordering online. I will say their online app is user-friendly..they’ve made it very easy to put the order in. The app always says my order will be ready in 10 minutes. It rarely is ready. Then I’m stuck waiting in the ignored line to check on it. My latest and last (I’m not going back but not thinking they care)order was today. I put an order in for two items that I intended to pick up for my kids to take to school with them. The app said it would be ready in 10 minutes. We went at 20 minutes no sign of our order on the shelf and a line inside and no time to wait. Got my kids to school and had to go back. I got my order 50 minutes after I ordered it. If it were a one time thing, no biggie. I’m not petty. But this same scenario and poor service has been going on for the last couple of years…and I’m not the only one to be dissatisfied. I’ve heard others are having the same experience. Tremont is a small town that rallies around their small business…as it should… and it looks to be busy at certain times of the day. If you’re going to go I’d recommend the drive-thru might be the best bet, although always plan to still wait especially if there’s any sort of line. I’m just one less customer. I’m sure I won’t be missed since I, my time, or my money hasn’t been appreciated to this point. Best of luck to you Elis.

Nostalgic and peaceful. The food was amazing. My sister and I visited for a couple hours uninterrupted. 🍎 I traveled 8 hours to see her. We loved everything about Eli’s.
