We have gone here many times… too often. The incompetency in the OWNERS, not the employees is quite disturbing. Our order has NEVER and I mean never been right. Just recently, we requested cinnamon raisin bagels. They were stale. They didn’t even look like they made them. There was ZERO jelly in one of the JELLY donuts and ZERO cream in one of the cream donuts. This is NOT the first or even 6-8th time the owner was rude, incompetent and didn’t care HOW a REGULAR customer felt. Never again. It’s JEFFS Bakery from now on. I’d never go here again. DONE. Corporate made a mistake with this franchise.
