Ordered Garden pizza and the dough was very raw. Called the manager and she was very hateful on the phone and told me she would just make it the same way. That it couldn't be raw. I explained that there was oversized pieces of pepper and onion that would prevent the pizza from being cooked properly. She did remake the pizza, but ommited the black olives and mushrooms . I feel there is no point in contacting the store again as the management was combative on the phone and insulting. The replacement was even still undercooked. There needs to be a serious retraining on customer service with the management at this location. The driver was as sweet as can be and had wonderful customer service skills. Its really sad a bad manager will lose business when the staff is working so hard.
