I used to love this place! I spent about 80.00 a week for my family to eat there. The drinks were good and service was awesome! Now, it sucks I'm never going back. The last 3 times I have been, the food and drinks were awful. The service was much worse. I had to get my own napkins and silverware from a drawer in the room. The bartender/server was more concerned with her friends at the bar. My food was warmed in a microwave and so greasy! Ruben's aren't supposed to drip clear liquid on your plate. The new room they built after the fire was nice at first until they took all the nice furniture and seating out and replaced it with old outdated vinal chairs and dirty church pews covered in some weird dirty fabric! It is sad because it was right in my neighborhood and it was my favorite restaurant! Now I have to go out of town to get good food and atmosphere.
