I personally can't believe this restaurant has made it this long with service that bad. We didn't even get to try the food, though, so maybe it outweighs the rude service. They just dropped a groupon and obviously weren't prepared for customers. They had one waitress on staff who just blatantly ignored us and another couple that had walked in before us. It was clear that she was just waiting for us to leave and had no intention of seating us. When she came near the counter just moving stuff around on the desk, trying to look busy, my fiance asked how long the wait was. (The couple before us had left after waiting at least 15 minutes that we know of without a word from the waitress). She had her back turned to us while she replied, so I didn't really catch any of her complaints. She then turns to us and asks if we would like to place an order. Weird. Normally the seating takes place first. So I asked if we were going to be seated. She gestured to one of 5 clean, empty tables and said "I don'€™t really have any tables, but I guess you can have that one. That's the last table - no one else is sitting". We got there just before 7 on Sunday evening, and they were to close at 8, so there is no acceptable reason why we or anyone else could not be seated. Of course she didn't speak to us until 7:24pm so that's quite a bit closer to 8. My fiance figured that it wasn'€™t going to get any better and told her we would go elsewhere. Sorry ISushi. You fail and we'll never be back. I'm going to ask them to compensate our groupon because we have no interest in dealing with rude service on a night out. There are plenty of other places to go where we know we'll be treated well.
