Went in to this.location today Wed. 11/24/2021 for what should have been a quick pickup on an order for some rolls that my sister bought and paid for a couple of days ago. She was told they could be picked up TODAY ANYTIME BEFORE 5PM.
I was in this place for at least 30 minutes or longer and the same little sheepish girl could not find my sisters order...the older african american lady steps in and helps... and she called my sister (who is working today) and goes in the back and finds the order pretty much immediately and then my sister text me and says they claim the other girl was new...guess she cannot see or read either...I am beyond ticked....I give this little bougie *** place zero stars and the older african american female saved the day hunti...kudos and she deserves a raise!!!
I want them to give my sisters money back and I would never recommend this place to anyone and I think we should stop doing business at this place. Aside from my inconvenience and wasting my gosh blessed time...it made me seem as if I am crazy or do not know my own sisters name dealing with new inexperienced folks who could not find this prepaid order!!!UGHH
I could not accept a drink or any offer from the black lady who offered something for my inconvenience. I do not want a drink or sandwich. How about a 50 dollar gas gift card for runnimg out all of my gas ... I left the car on thinking I was gonna be in and out for again a prepaid pick up order...who knew I would be in the place for an hour with incompetent ppl...ughh again and ughh again....
At this point a 50 dollar gas card from Shell would be the only incentive for me to feel better about the clusterf!!k that experience was....
I really was feeling extremely anxious and I was two seconds away from grabbing the order myself.....

Great food and excellent service. The staff is always very friendly and I have seen the owner do everything from bus tables to take orders to deliver food to the table to help out. A+
