since the restaurant has reopened the food is as good or better than it ever was. My son came from Phoenix az. and said he had the best steak ever. ask for the italian seasonng. The service is friendly and cozy. The catfish is the best I have had in chicago,phoenix and florida, and that is saying something. By the time I get to the entree, I am full of the great bluecheese salad and homemade rolls.

They closed on December 31, 2008 without any notice. I purchased a gift card there on December 27th 2008, for my Aunt & Uncle for Christmas that is now NO GOOD!!!!! VERY POOR WAY TO HANDLE BUSINESS.
Unable to reach anyone to find out about refund on gift cards. So much for hometown honesty !!!!!
