If I could give this location less than one star, I would. I paid $26.06 for food that did nothing but disappoint! I ordered two #1 Meal Deals (Famous Star w/cheese, Fries, and a drink), and one salad. The salad was fine - at least, my daughter didn't complain about it, but they didn't have any Ranch dressing and she had to choose between Honey Dijon and Peppercorn - neither of which she likes. She chose Honey Dijon and ate her salad, quietly. BOTH Famous Star burgers were COLD, had NO LETTUCE on them, a micro-tomato, too much mayo, and not a drop of ketchup or mustard. They were TERRIBLE! Granted, I'm used to the quality of burger I was able to get from Carl's Jr. which is why I was so excited to get the Famous Star burger from Hardees, since the companies merged. I was so disappointed in the burger, I don't even have words to describe the level of disappointment I felt. We choked our burgers down as we drove out of town and headed back home. The fries were okay. They were definitely salty enough but that didn't quite make up for how grease-soaked they were. I feel like I clogged every artery in my body with last night's meal. Oh, don't let me forget to mention, I ordered a Lemonade for my drink and it's a good thing I took a sip before driving away, because they gave me MELLO YELLOW! GROSS! The drink was replaced without issue but I will NEVER visit this location, again. It made me regret not taking my boyfriend up on his suggestion of going to McDonalds, right down the road from Hardees. I felt terrible he had to choke down a barely palatable burger and grease-soaked fries, when what he really wanted was a Big Mac. Whoever owns and manages this fast food "restaurant" should be EMBARRASSED by the lack of quality in the food they are serving their customers.
