I have been in their with my child and there were some very loud, very drunk people in there using a lot of vulgar language. It was horrible. Nobody that worked there even asked them to quiet it down out of respect for the child that could hear them. I have since spoken to other people in town..parents..all with the same experience. If shoreside wants to be taken seriously as a "family" bar and grill, they need to make it more child friendly. Maybe, some of us, as parents, might consider taking our children there to eat again.

Just found last night they lost one of their best waitresses. I think her name was Kari? She was the only one that made sure our kids were taken care of before anything else. On top of that she made time to have conversation....Just enough to make us feel welcome. She always took really great care of us and greeted us with a huge smile at the door. She will be missed. The service we got last night was terrible, the bartender was grouchy, and our waitress had no patience, and our food was cold. Kari will be missed by this family. That's probably the last time we eat at Shoreside.

I agree Carrie was awesome. I came up during the day to just see her or Stacey. They both always put a smile on my face. I haven't been back up there since I found out she quit.

The only complaint is I can smell the delicious food cookong from my front door. The good thing I only have a block to walk to cure my hunger. I have never had a bad meal or bad time at the Shoreside. There steak is better then lots of actual steakhouses that shoos be better but they don't do better than Shoreside two thumbs up 5 stars whatever I'm going there right now

I love this place! Great staff, great food, and awesome drinks.If some people don't like this business thats fine but to personally attack Jesse and say burn the place down speaks volumes of the low class of people that have previously wrote a review.

I was visiting family in Manson 2 weeks ago and we went to the shoreside. It was the most horrible restaurant I have ever been to. The staff was very immature and preoccupied with talking about their plans and people they know then taking care of our table. The food was luke warm and our table wasn't clean. Whoever owns this place need to burn it down. You can't run a restaurant and shouldn't run a restaurant. SAD SAD experience!!

This place is really cute. The food tastes great, but the service is hit and miss. One waitress Stacey was fantastic. Very attentive and fun but not bothersome, and never hovers. Some of the younger waitresses are slow to service tables, and when it gets busy, even remotely, the wait time for food is really long. The bartender, Sara is awesome, best margarita I've ever had, this girl can mix any drink, and even created a new drink just for me. I wish there were more healthy choices on the menu. There are some salads and wraps, but most of the appetizers and sides are deep fat fried from frozen, and all of the fish is deep fried from frozen. I wish they had some sort of fruit side, or even a vegetable side other than a boring salad.
