My friend and I went to eat and drink. It was Friday and, yes, they were busy, but they were supposed to have 2 bartenders (or os I was told!). We waited for 45 minutes, eating spicy salsa and chips, for our jumbo margaritas! So when we finally get our drinks, I asked the server if this will be on the house. He said he would ask the manager about it, he was new. The manager came out and fought real hard with me and my friend to not get our drink that evening, but to come back another night and recieve our owed drinks. We told him when we planned on returning, he said he would be working that evening and he would remember our faces. So this evening, less than a week later, we came back to get what we were promised. We sat in the same server's section, because none of that was HIS fault. So when he asked what we wanted to drink, we told him we were here for our free margaritas. He told us that the manager that had promised us the drinks had been transferred to another store, but he was going to tell his manager about the situation. The server came back and said the manager had not made the same promise with us so he wasn't going to give us the drinks we were promised! I asked the server to send that manager to our table so we could discuss it. The manager took 45 minutes to finally come to the table (after we asked the server to remind him, and we had to do that REPEATEDLY!!) When I tried to calmly explain to him what he needed to do, he got a HUGE attitude with me and NEVER gave us OUR DRINKS!! I liked the resturant before, but now I will NEVER return. Hope you don't get screwed!!
