Not only was I disappointed with the fact that the consistency of my favorite Sanderson Sandwich not up to par the last two purchases, this is the second time my order has been delivered without the dessert I ordered and pre paid for. I was most shocked when out of 3 orders, no dessert on one; on another I received potato chips, rather than salad. I love the salad here. I was totally crushed to learn after placing a call in with the concerns of the order, I was told my card would be credited or I could come to the establishment to get the dessert. This is not an option on a 30 minute lunch and a check of which I paid delivery fee and an admirable tip. Not to mention the delivery person walks in drops the bag at the front, no announcement or attempt to see who the placed the order; he just walks out!!!! The person with the food had not ordered and wondered exactly why the food was there. Lastly, a delivery to another department immediately down the same hall had been placed; The very LEAST I could have got was a sincere apology and I would have thought why not drop off the missing items of our order when you came BACK to the SAME OFFICE; SAME FLOOR!

Having heard a friend speak of the wonderful salads, I decided to give Room Service a try â¦â¦ even though the recent reviews on this site are not favorable. I have now made greater than five orders for take-out and when in a hurry on one occasion, dined in with some friends. NEVER have I been treated rudely, received an error in my order or been displeased. Give it a try before dismissing this gem based on the reviews on this site.

it was terrible! I ordered a turkey and avocado sandwich and the turkey was shreadded and so dry I could hardly swallow and there was one small thin slice of avocado. very overpriced it was not worth it at all!!! I will never eat from here again!

Evelyn Thompson, who address her self as the manger of Room Service is very rude and unprofessional. Her telephone equite is not very pleasing. My self along with my co-workers have orderd many times in the past but as of today
July 10,2014 they will NOT recieve any more business for us. Evelyn along with her staff of ladies who recieve phone orders do not know how to talk to or deal with the public. Then to top things off when the food that was ordered delivered 2 1/2 hours latter not all of it was accounted for. My co-worker called to make Evelyn aware of the problem at hand her response was we could not recieve any money back, nor will she send the order out however someone can come and pick it up. Yes, I personally drove up there myself to reslove this matter after the fact that she slammed the phone down and asked to speak directly to Ms. Thompson, Ms. Thompson never appeared she only hid behind the wall.Because of Evelyn Thompson Room Service is getting a bad rep. and has been reported to the Better Business Bureau.

Evelyn Thompson is the worst. Not only did they deliver a salad with pecans on it to me, which was wrong, and would be minor if i didn't have an allergy to nuts.I called to resolve the issue and this evil lady said that not only would she not bring me out a new salad but I could remove the nuts myself.I will never order from them again, the response from Evelyn- she didn't care if I ever ate there again or not, and she did not help me.

Evelyn does not need to anwser the phone! The food is great. Your customer service and delivery people can stand to use some training or replacement period. Even though the food is very good, so is Newks and because of their excellent customer service that is where I will give my money and will tell all of my friends and coworkers to do business at Newks!!!! Maybe Evelyn would be better taking out the trash if you just have to keep her on your staff

Horrible ATTITUDES.... My coworker and I placed our order by phone and we order from room service very often. The food was good however, the driver forgot both of our drinks and our dessert. He looked dusty and unclean when he brought our food. He lied and told us that as soon as he dropped off his other order he would bring our drinks and desserts back in 30mins. An hour went by and he still didnt come back. We called the cellphone that he called from for directions and we kept getting his voicemail. We called the company and the person who answered the phone was very rude and she said that she would let us speak with the owner and when the owner got on the phone he hung up. We called back and spoke w/ Evelyn Thomas and she was rude also. She said the driver was gone and she couldnt bring our money back b/c they were closed. We were treated horrible after spending almost $25 and we still didnt get all of our order or our money back. We will never order there again.

my co-worker and i called in our order, I asked for NO CHEESE on my salad. once i got back to work to eat my lunch there was CHEESE!!! call back to complain about my salad they said all the drivers were gone and that i could KEEP THE SALAD until i return again for them to replace it!!!! who does that? first you should pay attention to your customers when they re ordering and second please have better customer service skills because Word of Mouth can KILL a Business. I was actually driving from across town to get a salad just from Room Service but not ANYMORE11111

Room Service won't be in business for long. Word of mouth travels further than your sammies & salads. Owner not only rude to us customers but also rude to his employees. He might be the captain of the ship & its crew, but I guarantee he'll be the only one to cause it to sink.
