Great wings and great atmosphere. This is the newer of the 2 restaurants and it definitely shows. It is more updated and has a different feel.. It's the same great food and a friendly community style staff. I've only been to this location a few times but it's just like the mandarin location only a little newer!

Horrible service. Won't be going back. All our server did was bring out our drinks and take our order. Two friends joined us and ordered drinks, but he never brought theirs out, another server who recognized us stop by to say hi and got our drinks and refills, she's a great server. When our food got brought out (not by him), he didn't stop by to make sure everything was okay or to see if we needed additional sauces. He kept walking by helping other tables but not ours, we had to wave him down and he rudely said "my name's not hey, it's rusty". Well we would know that if you had introduced yourself and NOT been ignoring us. He brought our bills over, and that was our only opportunity to get refills, but we were all pretty much done. I asked for a manager, explained it to her like I did here, and she told us that our server, Crusty, had a bad experience with us prior, and that's why he wasn't waiting on us. We haven't had any bad experiences prior to this, but the manager still took his side, and told us to "ask for another server next time." There will not be a next time, not after the way this was poorly handled. I work in customer service as well, and not liking someone (for unknown reasons) is no reason to provide bad service, especially in the SERVICE industry. The manager was nice enough but that isn't professional. It's a weekly tradition, we weren't looking to whine or get free food by any means. My friends make this a weekly tradition, driving from Fleming Island, but our business wasn't appreciated. We will be going elsewhere.

I have been here several times. The wings are always awesome but the service is not. I wish they would get some friendlier staff.

Went on for the first time on Tuesday when the wings are 45cents and it was good. The lemon pepper was really good to me. I would high recommend. The service is not all of that but the food is really good.

Great wings! Our favorites are the Hot Garlic, and the Cajun. If you go on Tuesday nights they have .35 wings. You can't beat the deal compared to other places around town. We had 60 wings, two baskets of french fries and 4 drinks and the total was under $40.00. When we go to Fast Boys it always runs over $60.00 for less food.

On Thursdays they have "all you can eat" for 9.99. I have a 15 year old boy that has a bottomless pit, I can't wait to take him to that.

We go once or twice a month and the service is good, not the best but it's okay. I would definately recommend.

GREAT FOOD, BEST SERVICE. REGULAR CUSTOMER, ONCE A WEEK MUST HAVE GARLIC WINGS. TRY IT.....

MY FAVORITE IS THE HOMEMADE POTATO CHIPS. I COULD EAT THEM ALL DAY!

Outstanding wings and "wing-it" salad. Volcanic sauce recipe is off the chain. Great staff who do a superb job.
Will be back for more next time in Jax.

Good food, games, alot of people so service isnt great.
