We wanted a really good brick oven pizzeria and Grimaldi's is it. The pie with eggplant was delish! The dough was thin and the crust had substance. The cheese and sauce were also very good. This is what a brick oven pie should be. On another note, the antipasto was fair. The mozzarella cheese was very rubbery- took away from the rest of the dish.
I would love it if they could add a few more interesting appetizers. Overall, a worth while trip.

The only Brick Oven pizza in boken and its great. With pizza like this around (and they do deliver if need be), its such a surprise that Domino's actually remains in business! In the warmer months of the year they have outdoor seating available too. Its not BYOB and the decor has nothing to offer so its almost more worth it to buy a bottle of Chianti and enjoy the pizza in the comfort of your own home.
