Waited for 25 minutes for someone to take my order have been there several times in the last 2 weeks and have gotten the same kind of service. I will not go back.

The service was not good at all. During a non-peak period, I walked in and wasn't greeted by a soul Waitresses purposely looked the other way to avoid acknowledging me. When I was finally seated, I sat for almost 10 minutes with anyone taking my drink order. (The only reason I had not left was the fact that I had a BWW gift card to use). When i finally got my food, the wings dry and the fries were lukewarm at best. I will eat cereal and grass before I frequent this establishment again.

Went to BWW back in Sept. 2018 - 4 adults & 1 child. The service was horrible - our waiter brought us 1 fork and said they did not have any clean forks. Not 5 minutes later - he went to a table of 4 nearby - all guys that it looked like he knew - and gave all of them silverware. My son ordered sweet tea and it tasted like it had soap in it. He asked our waiter for another glass of tea. The 2nd tea he brought to my son also tasted like it had soap in it. (Waiter probably brought him back the same glass that he sent back!) Waiter had attitude like he didn't want to fool with us - but table of guys close-by seemed to get excellent service. We didn't get most of what we ordered. I ordered the buffalo wild wing (sauce) tenders. When I received them - they were cold and hard as a rock! Most of our order was screwed up and what we did get - was horrible. The place wasn't clean - we should have turned around once we entered the place but we thought we would give it a try. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Place was dirty, waiter was horrible - no tip was left because of his attitude! Food was horrible and not what was ordered. To anyone from out of town coming thru Laurel - do not stop by this Buffalo Wild Wings! To those that live in Laurel - go to Applebee's!
