50 min to get two ice cream cones when we got the window they were wrong wanted cake cones got waffle cones wanted black walnut got chocolate chip cookie dough. What is wrong and why did it takes so long

I been to Braums a couple of times and I think they do a very good job I’ve had a problem one time but they fix it fast overall I would eat there everyday if I could love me some Braums

I like to eat at many Brahms but, if you dont think is necessary for your workers to wear gloves, masks and sanatize tables more often to help protect all of us I will need to find other places more interested in their customers safety!
