We just ordered the brisket for a bridal shower this weekend. It was absolutely delicious. We also purchased for our daughter's shower and wedding 9 years ago. We always buy our beef from Hickory Log for holidays and special occasions.

This is the best kept secret in town. A family owned and run business that is tucked away on Leavenworth Road. My husband ate the combo plate that came with ribs, beef and sausage, fries, garlic bread and slaw for under $15 and I had a combination jayhawker, fries and bbq beans. The meat was so lean and juicy. You have to try it......
