first off I never have left a review, so this is a little awkward.But I thought I would share an experience with you all that I had at the Redbridge location. I have never been to a Crows coffee only Starbucks and Roasterie.
Other wise I have a Nespesso at home and french press. But stopped in a few weeks ago and ordered a Quad espresso and a Veg. breakfast burrito, Drank the espresso there and ordered the burrito to go.
Brought it back to the office and our office manager took a bite and discovered that it had Bacon in it.
She can not have pork due to her religion. an d so I called the ;location and they said we are sorry, they did remember the order and to come back and they would replace it with a veg. I gave them my name as I was not sure when I would get back down that direction. I called today as I had an appt. across the street and told them my name , and one of the baristas did remember the incident, so as i arrived and told them my name they seemed very defensive and ask me to produce the receipt. i then pulled out 3 credit cards and the said none of them had the charge on them but the were aware of the incident. Treated as if i had done something wrong the lead girl said to me "YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO COME IN THE NEXT DAY" I was shocked that i was getting so much flack she said "NO OTHE RESTAURANT WOULD ALOW YOU TO COME IN AND GET A REPLACEMENT THREE WEEKS LATER" she remembered the day and my name , and continued to be argumentative rude and defensive along with her college.
I have never experienced customer service like this before over something so simple ,, it was petty and childish .
I would not recommend this establishment to any one. THE OPPOSITE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AN SUPER BAD ATTITUDES"
