The pizza was edible at best, my 2.5 year old daughter who loves pizza wouldn't eat it or the tiramisu! It was all frozen and crunchy icy on the bottom. I called to speak with someone about it and the girl said "oh, we freeze it, it usually thaws on the way, but it won't hurt you" REALLY? So I ask if I can get some kind of refund since it is seriously completely frozen 30 min after being delivered...her great customer service answer..."NO" in a rude tone.<br /> <br />
