Employees were rude and food was terrible.

Small town Chinese restaurants never really go over well. I don't know if there is new management or not, but I have been there twice, and both times I was well served with friendly faces. I haven't eaten at the buffet, but I will say their take-out is done well. The food was better than average, but nothing to write home about. The hot sour soup needed more cayanne, white pepper and rice vinegar. The mongolian beef has green peppers (Why?), and cooking onions instead of green onions. It also needed some spice to heat it up.

If you like hair in your food, then this is the place. Not only will the argue with you, they will try to deny responsibility. Need new management for current manager, I assume, is argumentive and tries to be arrogant.

I too have had a situation with the "manager". He acted as if he was right, even though it was very evident he wasn't. And he didn't want to be responsible. Won't go there again, and advise against going there.
