poor service, food was just barely okay. had better service and food from other penn stations.

We love Penn Station’s food but this location has really gotten bad. They do not care about customer service whatsoever. They snap at their customers and complain they are too busy, refuse to take walk in orders (even though window sign says they allow walk-ins) and they get our order wrong every time. We will never go back to this location. The Florence location is so much better!! We will be going to the Florence location for now on.
