My husband and I have been ordering from East End for over a year now and were very happy with the food and service until last week. I ordered a chicken sandwich and they sent me a grilled chicken instead of the crispy, we also ordered onion rings and there were only 5 rings in each bag!
Tonight we ordered double bacon cheeseburger and a crispy chicken sandwich with 2 orders of onion rings, it took an hour to get here and then there wasn't a chicken sandwich, just a piece of chicken in a bag called them back they told me they messed up and would send it right out, that was an hour ago. I called and told them to forget it I would be in in the morning to speak to the manager or the owner. And on top of that the onion rings were ice cold! Sorry to say we will no longer order anything else from East End Pizza!!

Its a real shame that this co would rather lose business than correct a 12 dollar order that was their mistake. Very rude, very misleading and didn't send the correct items. Seems if you had good business sense you would fix the problem or refund the correct money. I will be sure to share with all my friends and family and fellow leaders along with Topix how you cheated a Girl Scout leader and refused to correct the problem when it was your staffs mistake. You really should correct this and make things right. Very disappointed... Not nearly the same store we fell in love with a few years ago. Shame on you.

East End pizza is the best place for a big pizza, at a small price. Me and my family have been eating there for years. The owners are local and two of the best people you can meet. thats the only place i will eat pizza, and will always be the only place. you should try it.
Papa John's Pizza
The worst pizza ever no joke the pepperoni tasted like it was freezer burnt, and the employees crowd the entrance to smoke. So if you make the mistake...
Spoke with manager about dirty dishes! Very rude and uncooperative, would not recommend to friends. Will not return....
The food is terrible, the owner/cashier is extremely rude, and the place is just nasty.Do not waste your time and money....
i love this place. very nice. very clean. two great people own it....
