Food is just warm so is the coffee, prices are high, our waiter was very nice,not sure his name but I think it is Tyler, roast beef split was dried out, breakfast was good!

Pine Mt. Grill’s breakfast is great, they need to hire someone at the cash register that is friendly the blonde needs to fix her hair ( get it out of her eyes ) she needs to smile sometimes! Their food needs to be a little hotter their apples are usually cold! The guys that work there are much better than the ladies,

Everything was amazing. Wait staff was very kind and patient with our young child. The food was amazing. And reasonably priced too. Thank you for such great customer service!

My husband and I ate at the Pine Mountain grill on February 3, 2018. It was his birthday so we decided to go there because it's close to where we live. We have eaten there on numerous times. This visit was the worst of the worst. First off the salad bar was awesome, but the rest of the meal was disgusting. It took way to long to get our food, but when we finally received our order the food was burnt beyond recognition. We had ordered sirloin steak tips with peppers and onions, and it was awful. You could not even see the onions and peppers because they were so dark. My husband and I were so shocked but we ate as much as our stomach could handle. We were both unsure of what to do. Also, we never received any rolls or refills with our order. Upon receiving our receipt, which was $35.00 I asked the waitress if she would eat the food brought to us and she said no. I give her credit she did try to take the bill, but we refused because we did not want her to not be paid. I am very disappointed, hurt, and unsure if we will ever eat there again. I have contemplated on this all week, but I feel you have the right to know. No person should ever feel the way we felt on last Saturday evening!!

This used to be one of the best restaurants in town. The prices have gone up and the quality of the food has gone down hill. The roast beef split (an open-face sandwich) was my favorite, but now they've changed the roast beef to include a sort of gelatinous gravy. I must be straight from a can. Don't bother trying to go on a Sunday, the after church crowd results in long lines and slower service.

i went there the other a couple of weeks ago and i wanted just a plain hamburger i went in waited for like 10 minutes then a waiter put me at a seat were the sun was in my eyes and he leaves like 20 minutes later he comes back and asks me what i want to drink i tell him Pepsi he goes and gets it fairly quickly then i don't see him for an hour and a half he comes back and says "Oh Your Still Here I Thought You Left" then he asks me what i want to eat and i tell him wait another hour and a half and he brings me my hamburger its messed up and has everything on it so i tell him to fix it he goes back and brings it back to me in thirty minutes the hamburger was ok but i would have rather ate Wendy's or Mc Donald's at the service i had here i ended up waiting over 3 hours just for a simple hamburger. I will NEVER eat there again EVER

A fair eatery but you are not no cracker barrel , the waiters need to focus more on the patrons not their facial blemishes.

i recently sat down to eat at pinemountain grill about a week ago. all i have to say is that the experiance i had in the restraunt was wonderful. we had the best server of all time, his name was tyler. i think his last name was watts.. but not for sure on that. he was by far the best waiter i have ever had. and he was very good looking also. if i was the manager of this restraunt i would give him a raise. a big raise because it looks like he is a heck of a worker.

I married a man who is from the Whitesburg area and we visit his family there often. When first introduced to Pine Mountain Grill, I was very pleased. The prices were great and the service was the hometown friendliness you would expect from a small town business. But...over the past 4 years, they have gone downhill. They have fancier and prettier menus with the prices to match. The waiters are more concerned with talking with their friends than waiting on their customers. When our food came (on Sunday, May 24, 2009) it was lukewarm at best. After our waiter took our order, we didn't see him for almost an hour. We had to ask the assistant manager for silverware. Poor poor service.
