This place use to be really good when Freddie the Japanese guy bought it he immediately raised the prices and cut the portions in half even the staff told me since he's taken it over there always slow and people complain constantly but he's ruined grill 211 as well too expensive and nothing special about it a rip off and a crook last time I ate there I got food poison and haven't been back to either place.

I ordered a pizza and cheese fries from there and the pizza was a big mac and it doesn't even taste like one. this was my first time eating there and very disappointed and very expensive. fries was dry and cold with cheese and bacon on them.
i will next go back to this place.

Placed an order for pickup, provided ample time for them to make our food. When I placed the order I was instructed to call when we arrived and they would bring the food out to us, I did exactly that. I called immediately upon arriving in the parking lot. A young lady who answered advised to pull up to the front doors and they would be right out. We pulled up and waited 40 minutes!! Finally having waited far to long and was beyond late to deliver dinner to my family I walked inside to find out what was going on. I stood at the carry area for 5 minutes and had the bartender look at me several times and fail to acknowledge my existence along with the 2 other waitresses who failed to so much as say hi or we will be with you shortly. Once I was finally acknowledged I made the bartender aware that I had been outside waiting 40 minutes after I called saying I was out there as instructed, no apology, grabbed my food and handed me 3 cold pizzas and a cold Stromboli. When we got home we went to eat only to find our salads were missing the dressing and of course our food was extremely cold and less than pleasant. While there I asked for the manager on duty and was advised he was not there and would not return until tomorrow. This place has lost its touch and lacks in many areas but most importantly has EXTREMELY POOR customer service and mediocre food. Save your self the stress and money and go to a restaurant that appreciates their customers and their money spent trying to help keep their doors open, this establishment isn’t one of them.
