To say it was one of the most horrendously rude encounters is an understatement. This was my first time calling in to place a to go order. The person taking my order was very hard to understand. I tried my best to accurately place my order. It was a 45 minute wait. I walked in at about 30 minutes and my food was almost ready. The order was completely wrong and the worker making the sushi came unhinged and said “I heard her repeat that order back to you. IT IS YOUR FAULT IF YOU DIDN’T PAY ATTENTION AND CHANGE IT, YOU ORDERED THIS FOOD”. I then said “No Sir, I corrected it several times over the phone and I received the response of “Ok”. He still was very rude and combative and said whatever even though this is YOUR MISTAKE I will change the order and lose 10 dollars.” I then went and proceeded out the door and he said again “Next time confirm your order and make sure it is right”. I was so frustrated, I left.
