I have ordered food many times from them and have spent lots of money there. I had just got my food delivered and it was the wrong stuff. Not only that but there was an hour wait and we did not get our food for over an hour and 45 min. The lady I spoke to said she was the manager and she pretty much told me to get fucked. She said we won't starve because we bought $42.00 worth food. my son does not like what they delivered to us, so yes evidently he won't get anything to eat. She could of at least put what we didn't get back on our card, but no she had to be rude. The worst customer service I've ever had and will not order from there again.

Being a college student, I can rarely afford to go out to eat. When I do Great Wall is my first choice. I love their great lunch and dinner specials. Less than $10 gets me two meals! Best crab rangoons ever.

Great Wall is the only Chinese place that delivers to La Crescent. They are HORRIBLE, told us it would take 30-45 mins and when I called back 1 hr 15 mins later they hadn't even made my food! The lady was rude, awful customer service. Then, we gave them a second chance and they delivered the wrong food! I called and she told me I had to give back the food so they could give it to the right person. That's DISGUSTING. When I finally got the right food the beef was bloody and not cooked. Will NEVER order from them again. I'd rather drive 20 miles for chinese food than have Great Wall deliver. Horrible customer service and the food isn't good either. Go to China Star on the south side of La Crosse!
