User Reviews for Tides Oyster Bar posted on 10/17/2008 Rating & Review: WHAT A FIND!!! The food here was FANTASTIC - freshest oysters we've had - steamed or raw. Etoufee entre was HUGE and loaded with fresh seafood. The staff was courteous and attentative. It was refreshing to see the chef take such pride in his food. He refuses to buy / serve anything unless it's super fresh. I know it's hard to believe that really terrific food can be found in a casino, but in this case it's true. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
