This is the worst Pollo Loco in the system. Every time we ask for the wings lovers they always say they can't do it. Today I asked for 3 wings and the manager started yelling at the people taking the orders at the top of her lungs. She once again said she couldn't accommodate our request for wings because the wings are attached to the rest of the chickens and she can't cut them off. We have been driving 3 miles further to avoid this restaurant because Craig Road is a lot more accommodating to our order. Also, the cilantro salad dressing and the green salsa were so watered down you couldn't make out the taste. I never write reviews but I'm so upset about this store it needs to be said.
