Always enjoyed the food and was going a number of times a week for years. I was spending $50/ week and more for weeks with Holidays. The food was always good and most of the staff were pleasant and some even helpful. Unfortunately this summer on More than one occasion I ordered eggs with mushrooms and after arriving to my destination I found out there was cheese in it. I cannot eat cheese and just let it go. When it happened a third time I let them know & happily they gave me what I ordered. They should have gotten it right the first time. On another occasion I ordered their delicious honey glazed salmon but cannot eat the vegetables that came with it and for years they were substituting it with something else. The last time I was there I waited for over 25 min. on line and when it was my turn to order I was told they can no longer substitute the vegetables. I told them that I am there to enjoy my food and not to have any hassles. I left. I will miss Bagel Boss but I will be saving $2,000.00 /year.
