We are a unique restaurant that provides a wonderful and relaxing spot for those who want to celebrate a special occasion. The waiters strives to provide upscale service for our customers. Our sushi has their very own style that resembles like no other restaurants. The chef uses fresh fish and creative style to whip up a mouthwatering entre. We have the mesmerizing and exciting Hibachi for the big parties.The Hibachi is the kids' favorite show and the adults' favorite meal. They offer cool tricks, funny jokes, and delicious food all in one. The specially designed private tatami rooms for those who want a moment alone to have lunch/dinner with their significant other(s). We also have the inside Bar for those who want to watch the games while enjoying some of our exclusive Asian mixed drinks. During the summertime we have the outside bar and a privately hired DJ for those who like to PARTY. Our DJ is rated the best on the strip and our bartenders take care of all their customers.

Imagine one afternoon on the Nautical Mile, you suddenly want to have some sushi or sashimi. Bonito was created specifically for the sushi lovers and a place where friends can come together to celebrate or just have some lunch/dinner together. Our restaurant even took into consideration of those who want some alone time together and created tatami rooms for them. The tatami rooms are traditional private rooms that offers tranquility and a window that offers a magnificent view of the riverside. We offer over 40 rolls to choose from ranging from the simple California roll to the mouthwatering Fantasy Eel roll. Fans of cooked food can also experience euphoria from choosing our Hibachi Filet Mignon, scallops, Shrimp or Lobster Tail. Even our chicken and Fried Ice-Cream is exquisite.

If anyone is wants to try something different and healthy at the same time, Bonito's Miso Yellow Tail is a choice. This dish is tender and smooth while the Miso dressing brings in a little bit of sweet and tangy-ness. A great hot dish would be the Rock Shrimp Tempura. bite size shrimp with a sweet taste and a hint of spicy-ness.
