They let you place orders on the app and then close the store hrs early so you don't get what you just paid for, their machines are "broken at night" so once again when you place your orders on the app and go in to get it you don't get your beverage even though you've paid for it. When you contact customer service to tell them this they just offer you a free donut with your next purchase. Also even if I wanted the free Donut they throw everything out hrs before closing so you won't get that either if you order on the app, learned that the hard way also. This dunkin has gone downhill so bad especially at night and the customer service at the store and through corporate is just terrible.
