Had lunch yesterday, ordered Greek Salad, more like vegetable salad. Ordered Sicilian Pizza came thin crusted with sausage, asked what is this, we were told Scilian. Why do u call this scilian, answer, because it had sausage. Everyone knows scilian is thick crusted. Will never go there again. Horrible.

We made a reservation for our anniversary, drove 25 miles, and were told there was a 45 minute wait.

When was said we had a reservation, they said 45 minutes was the wait for people WITH reservations.

I felt like Seinfeld at the rental car counter explaining the whole concept of "reservation"

And the smugness of the hostess and manager oozed - "take it or leave it chump".

Do yourself a favor - and don't. Better yet, call them and tell them you WERE going to eat there - but you heard they lie about reservations. Maybe they'll eventually smarten up.

We spent Labor Day weekend at this marina. Sun afternoon we went up to the restaurant and asked if we needed reservations for 7 that night and were told no. When we arrived the Manager immediately had an attitude. There were no seats outside so she put us in the empty dining room in a back corner under an air conditioning unit. They advertised Maryland Jumbo Lump Crabcakes. I know what they are and look like as we go to Maryland often. I asked the waitress and she assured me they were all lump and no filler. They were horrible. Lump crabmeat is white. These were a beige color with no visable pieces of crabmeat. The Manager had a bad attitude and told me they were their rendition, in other words it was false advertising. I have never had anyone in a restaurant talk to me the way she did. She never even apologized. She accused me of not telling anyone after I received them even tho I told the server twice about them. Out of the 6 of us, none of us were happy with the quality of our meals for the price. After we ate 2 of the guys ordered coffee. It came with grounds in the bottom of the cups. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want lousy food, a miserable manager with a horrible attitude and to come out totally frustrated. After we left another party came out and they were complaining more then we were. I honestly do not know how this place stays in business. I know we will never go back. The manager should be ashamed for the way she treats her customers who pay a high price for under par food

Arrived on a recent hot and sunny afternoon with some friends. Much silliness around seating...'no, not on that side, not until an hour from now'...the manager (head hostess?) trying to move us around to lousy inside seats, etc. INSISTANT that they would not allow us to sit where we wanted to until it was 'time'.
Their policies about where to sit on their lovely dock and at what time...nonsensical. You have a great space...use it properly.

Got our own drinks from the bar, waited forever, then finally ordered from what appeared to be a bar menu. Food V E R Y slow in coming, but pretty good. Service pleasant but slow, no bread, no water.

This place could be excellent...the staff needs training and education...as well as some understanding of customer service. Too bad...they could easily be a 4 or 5 star on your rating scale if they weren't so rigid and silly.
